Warehouse Sales Coordinator
Job description
This role is based in the warehouse and reports to the Head of Warehouse to support the sales orders fulfilment process.
Job description:
- Liaison between the Warehouse and Sales team on all sales orders fulfilment matters, including updating of order status and delivery.
- Manage all email correspondences with the Sales team.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to fulfil orders.
- Assist to update warehouse records and maintain proper filing system.
- Support the warehouse in day-to-day administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum diploma holder with at least 5 years experience in orders fulfilment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook).
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
- Pro-active, patient, and meticulous at work.
