Stationed at site Caravan to support the distribution of gaskets. Location can vary according to demand and other assigned duties to ensure Caravan/Warehouse/Production operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily proper stock take and safekeeping of all assigned inventories.
Ensure that all stocks are properly accounted and labelled.
Check and inspect all incoming goods accurately.
Prepare and pack goods for timely delivery and handover.
Monitor stock usage patterns and replenish stock in a timely and effective manner.
General housekeeping of store on-site and offsite, compounds and delivery area.
Continuous improvement and enhancement of the layout and efficiency of the stores.
Work at site Caravan for various sites, where and when required.
Support warehouse and production when required.
Ad-hoc store duties offsite at key customer sites where and when scheduled.
Experience/Job Specific Skills Required:
Essential:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office & any ERP system.
Able to build rapport with customers and team members.
Attention to detail and ability to work with initiative.
Able to commit to a 6 month contract (June to Nov 2023).
One in search of permanent job after Nov 2023 will be considered.
Preferred:
Use of ERP system.
Minimum 1 year experience in any industrial logistics setting or supply chain function (stocking and warehousing).
Qualifications:
Minimum pass in GCE O or N levels with Math and English.
ITE qualification in logistics, supply-chain or similar.
Working Conditions:
Onsite/outdoor Singapore’s climate.
Experience/ability to work in such conditions is preferred.
