To ensure delivery of key SLA’s with customers in a fast growing sector, including managing/implementing operations for existing and new customers in accordance with the DSC demands
Reviews monthly operational performance with customers and provides solutions to drive operational excellence
Build a strong win-win relationship with customers to ensure customer retention and development of solutions to grow existing businesses
Frequently review, align, and keep immediate Superior updated with information on operational issues and performance indices, such as customer profile, Space Management, Resources management, Operating procedures, and P&L status
Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and met according to the customer’s SLA
Continually review and improve business processes to enhance productivity and add value to DHL services
Manage the effective implementation and use of appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain to enhance service and improve productivity
Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional team. Plan, organize, and direct in an efficient and effective manner
Requirements:
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing an operational functional team
Experience in reading and managing Profit & Loss statement would be advantageous
Must be highly motivated and able to supervise headcount of 20-30, and manage relationships with all levels of staff and customers
Have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment
