Warehouse Operations Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operations Agent to support the daily operations of our warehouse. This role involves a variety of functions including inventory control, quality assurance, order fulfillment, and system updates. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics coordination, floor productivity, shipping, housekeeping and customer service.
• Ensure all customer queries and requests are promptly and accurately handled, and that customer orders are fulfilled as required.
• Take immediate corrective actions in the event of delivery or fulfillment failures to support service recovery.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all completed jobs.
• Support picking and cross-docking operations to meet productivity and operational targets.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
• Safeguard company property, information, and customer data at all times.
• Promptly report any operational or safety irregularities to your supervisor.
• Support other team members and take on additional responsibilities when needed, including acting as backup for colleagues during absences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
• Forklift certificate (preferred).
• Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Familiar with warehouse systems such as WMS and TMS.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a responsible and customer-focused attitude.

Work Schedule (PM Shift):

• 5.5 days, alternate Saturday after confirmation.
• Monday to Friday: 12:00pm to 9:15pm.
• Saturday: 9:00am to 2:00pm.
