Warehouse officer

Job:

Arrange for equipment delivery/collection. Check incoming equipment shipment, scan the QR code & park the equipment/accessories at designated parking lot.

Arrange, scan the QR code & park the equipment properly in the green zone. Receive work instruction order & deliver the required unit to PDI.

Receive all incoming shipments and miscellaneous items. Check and verify related documents to ensure all is in order. Follow up with binning & stacking. Update transactions where applicable.

Supply spare parts through counter and bulk store to internal and external customers. Check and verify related documents are in order. Update transactions where applicable.

Perform housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and store to consistently meet and sustain 5S standards and requirements.

Ensure all general safety and health rules and practices are carried out at all times.

Assist other warehouse functions and perform any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

Diploma or warehouse-related professional certifications.

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.

Be a team player.

Training will be provided.
