Warehouse Manager (Fashion/Retail)

Summary:

• Monday - Thursday 9.00am to 6.30pm, Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Required to work two Saturdays per month, 9.00am to 12.00pm

• UP$4500-$5500

• AWS+VB

• Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:

• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods.

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field.

• Candidates with 3 years relevant experience in fashion/retail industry would be preferred.

• Knowledge in ERP/WMS would be of advantage.
