Job Description

Our client, a well-known lifestyle company, is looking for candidates for the Warehouse Manager (E-commerce Fulfillment).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and overhaul current warehouse processes to support e-commerce expansion activities.
• Oversee warehouse preparations for e-commerce revolution and fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse operations including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, and Returns.
• Supervise and train subordinates to carry out operational tasks with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
• Plan resources, manpower, and assets for business growth.
• Develop the team, recruit talents, and adapt team structure to business evolution.
• Foster group cohesiveness, lead, and motivate the team to carry out daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or its equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a team of more than 10.
• Working experience in e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse management.
• Organized and driven characteristics.
