Warehouse Manager (Contract Logistics)

Our Client:

• MNC 3PL
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Changi North
• UP $8200 Basic + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring program inventory accuracy and KPIs are met
• Oversee overall cost management, ensuring profitability of the program
• Ensure program inventory accuracy and integrity
• Engage customers on operational, project, and commercial matters
• Coordinate with project team, vendors, stakeholders as and when required
• Attend to escalations promptly to maintain customer relationships and enhance relationships to ensure mutual benefit and sustainability
• Look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engineer the processes to achieve service standard or target
• Establish a good team culture of best practice sharing within the program to motivate staff to voice out their opinions

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience in Logistics & Warehousing Operations
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA), Power BI, and Tableau
• Singaporeans only
