Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive and responsible Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse operations.

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth operations, productivity, and compliance;
  
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse workflows;
  
• Maintain accurate stock records, including conducting routine inventory audits;
  
• Lead implementation of strategies to minimize variances;
  
• Develop and enforce inventory management processes to balance stock levels and ensure proper documentation;
  
• Lead a team, providing ongoing training, performance oversight, and operational support;
  
• Plan work schedules, monitor task completion, and address performance concerns;
  
• Identify and introduce process enhancements to optimize efficiency, cut costs, and elevate customer satisfaction;
  
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvements;
  
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, regulatory standards, and guidelines;
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain movement;
  
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing transport arrangements and ensuring proper shipment documentation;
  
• Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues, maintaining precise and organized records.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field;
  
• At least 4 years of work experience in warehouse or supply chain environments;
  
• Experience managing warehouse operation teams;
  
• Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues.
