Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the warehouse team and daily workflow to ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
2. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and maintain a safe, organized environment.
3. Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and communication.
5. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of warehouse equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
2. Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
4. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
5. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations.
