Warehouse Lead

Working Location: West side, Tuas

Working days: 5 days

Allowance: Transport, Meal, and Night shift allowance

Job Scopes:

1. Lead and train warehouse staff.
2. Develop and maintain inventory control procedures for accurate financial information.
3. Perform cycle counts to monitor parts condition and maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Ensure all received goods are correct by working closely with the Supply Chain.
5. Track incoming and outgoing goods.
6. Collaborate with planning to review schedules and provide warehouse support as needed.
7. Ensure accurate and timely kitting, delivery, and receipt of materials.
8. Coordinate with Quality for items requiring incoming inspection.
9. Maintain proper tagging and labeling of inventory.
10. Identify system improvements and recommend changes.
11. Work with planning to issue materials to production and handle urgent warehouse requests.
12. Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly inventory reports for management.
13. Review and implement ways to reduce waste.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
2. Must have a Forklift license.
3. Proficient in WMS/ ERP systems.
