Warehouse Executive / Head of Warehouse [LO|SC]

Our client is a US MNC which specializes in advanced water filtration solutions.

Job Summary:

1. Tuas (Company Transport Provided at designated area)
2. MNC Environment
3. 5 Days Work Week

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the distribution center or warehouse, ensuring efficient movement and tracking of finished goods and raw materials.
2. Drive improvements in material flow processes, while monitoring compliance with safety and security protocols.
3. Maintain close coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and internal/external customers for incoming and outgoing shipments, liaising with third-party logistics providers as needed.
4. Handle warehouse management tasks, including order fulfillment, invoice generation, and follow-up on billings.
5. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, report generation, and documentation. Process non-stock purchase orders, handle phone inquiries, greet visitors, and manage any ad-hoc responsibilities as required.

Job Requirement(s):

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Warehouse operations.
2. Possess at least Nitec or above.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft and warehouse systems.
