Warehouse Assistant (West / MNC)

Job Responsibilities:

• Take instructions and order as directed in the warehousing of raw materials and/or finished goods in a single facility.
• Receive and take record of all incoming and outgoing shipment of goods.
• Pack and unpack all incoming and outgoing shipment of goods.
• Follow instructions to scan, barcoding, document, etc. all incoming and outgoing shipment of goods.
• Follow and ensure full compliance of documentation records, directional and safety standards, PPE, etc. on site.
• Take orders and direction, procedures and policies as communicated by Assistant Warehouse Manager and/or EHS Manager to all factory warehouse operations on warehouse performance and safety.
• Operational on company in-house computer systems.

Requirements:

• ITE, GCE N or GCE O equivalent with Minimum 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in computer skills.
• Must have the ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization.
• Must possess verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Forklift license will be preferable.
