Job Description:
• Monitor warehouse assistants on the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage SAP system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensure all stocks are arranged and delivered based on FIFO system.
• Handle and prepare for Delivery Order and Packing List.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications.
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all times and planning for future capacity requirements.
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing raw material/packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List.
• Raise purchase order when required and ensure timely arrangement of maintenance for forklift and stacker.
• Conduct physical monthly inventories cycle counts and audit.
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month; finished goods inventory list to be provided upon management request.
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
• Handle and manage GMP and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 guidelines, policy and SOPs.
• Conduct and provide refresher training for warehouse staff for cGMP and ISO SOPs.
• Plan, supervise all warehouse staff and assign their work schedule and inventory.
• Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting.
• Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
• At least 5 year(s) of working and supervision experience in the related field.
• Possess Forklift License.
