Warehouse Assistant (Operations Officer) [Singaporeans Only]

1. Performs receiving, checking, breaking shipment bulks, packing, storing in the warehouse.

2. Performs warehouse duties of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking, and palletizing for both import and export cargo.

3. Distributes/transport raw materials for outbound shipping and inbound to be sent to various production floors/rooms.

4. Loads and unloads in and out of truck/container using a pallet jack.

5. Crates and uncrates shipments according to operating procedures and safety measures, updating status on crating progress daily.

6. Supports cycle and physical counts when required.

7. Executes daily inbound, inventory management, and outbound operation tasks as per customer's SOP.

8. Ensures cleanliness/safety in the warehouse at all times, disposing of pallets/empty cartons according to defined disposal methods.

9. Operates warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and ensures the equipment is well maintained at all times.

10. Performs other job-related functions as required by the Supervisor.
