Our client, an established Japanese 3PL company, is hiring for a Warehouse Assistant Manager who will manage around 80 employees in the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing warehouse space utilization
• Allocating manpower resources
• Enhancing warehouse efficiency through technology and innovation
• Managing profit and loss responsibilities
• Addressing daily customer inquiries
• Participating in KPI meetings with clients
• Developing training programs for the department
• Supervising customer service officers
• Training new employees
• Adopting a hands-on approach
• Performing other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL Operations
• Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
• Master in planning of warehouse operations
• Master in manpower allocation planning and training
• Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal, and other certifications
• Experience in risk assessment
• Knowledge of innovation and technology employment
