Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturing and Logistics company. They are urgently looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager.

Report to: Parts & Warranty GM

Responsibilities

1. Plan, direct, and control warehouse operations to achieve company objectives.
2. Supervise warehouse leaders to ensure alignment with company goals and lead projects related to warehouse improvements.
3. Spearhead major warehouse projects to transform the spare parts business environment and address operational challenges affecting logistics support.
4. Handle any other assignments as assigned by the superior.

What you will receive

1. AWS: 1 month
2. Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance)
3. Annual Leave: 14 days (Up to a maximum of 21 days)
4. Medical Leave: 14 days
5. Transportation Allowance: $130/month
6. Company transport pickup at Boon Lay, Jurong East, Woodlands, Yishun MRT

Requirements & Preferences

Must

1. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar
2. At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing/Engineering related company
3. Strong people management, with at least 3 years of leadership experience, including supervising around 15 warehouse staff
4. Skilled in related warehouse/inventory systems (SAP or similar ERP system)
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
6. Available immediately or within short notice (1 month or below)
7. Comfortable to work on-site (Tuas)

Advantageous

1. Experience in warehouse innovation-related projects would be highly regarded for the role
2. Experience working in a Japanese company
