As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to order picking, packaging, material handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain inventory control by organizing and storing items in designated areas.
• Assist in order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor stock levels and perform stock replenishment activities.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and other tools to track and record inventory movements.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving heavy items up to 25KG.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Salary Range: $1800 to $2200 (depending on experience and qualifications).
