Warehouse Assistant (E-Commerce/Retail)

Cool Brands Pte. Ltd. is a small and young company with brands like Pristine Aroma and Kapsä.

Key Responsibilities

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on-time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders.

• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control processes within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

• Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods.

• Secure and manage part-timers, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Work closely with retail operations and cross-functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Perform basic administrative work like invoicing, printing, and mail sending.

• Conduct basic warehouse maintenance work like stock count, tidiness, and pantry/material replenishment.

• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Assist in any other duties as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse/logistic/supply chain environment.

• Basic Excel skills required.

• E-Commerce knowledge is a plus.

• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.

Working Conditions:

Hours: On-site, Full-time 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; weekend shift work may be required depending on the company’s operational needs.
