Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inbound receiving, perform visual inspection on physical packing conditions and quantities against Delivery Order.
  • Responsible for storage after inspection.
  • Responsible for all movement of inventory IN and OUT of warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for local and overseas deliveries.
  • Ensure practice of first-in-first-out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability.
  • Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.
  • Ensure inventory control of products with shelf life and flammable goods.
  • Responsible for issue of goods for production use and physical movement of finished goods from production to warehouse before delivery.
  • Ensure order integrity delivered to customers.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Any other matter as requested by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level / ITE.
  • Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must have valid forklift license.
  • Must be able to commit for 2 rotating shifts: 5 days (Mon- Fri): 7.15am-4pm & 2.15pm-11pm.
  • Knowledge of Inventory and warehouse management (WMS) & SAP (ERP) system are added advantages.
