Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Wiedson Engineering (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the Tuas Bay West Region. This is a full-time position supporting our warehousing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, unload, and process incoming goods
• Verify accuracy and condition of incoming shipments; reporting any discrepancies or damage in a timely manner
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders accurately and on time
• Ensure outgoing shipments are accurate by verifying documents before release of goods
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records
• Assist with regular stock-takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Attend to queries from sales team on stock status
• Keep warehouse clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Support head office with ad-hoc tasks as required
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment
• Experience in managing heavy machinery inventory would be a plus
• Possess forklift license and driving license (Class 3 Lorry)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Tuas
