Warehouse Assistant

Mobicon-Remote Electronic Pte Ltd – Geylang

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will:

1. Assist in daily warehouse operations and deliver goods to customers efficiently.
2. Support warehouse management and ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Storing, counting, picking, labeling, and packing of goods for storage.
2. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, operate and maintain the delivery vehicle.
3. Pick, review, and verify invoices and packing goods to ensure accuracy and acknowledgment by the customer.
4. Send daily inventory movement report via email.
5. Conduct stock take and check stock when necessary; maintain warehouse housekeeping.
6. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
2. Familiarity with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations.
3. Clean and safe driving record.
4. Ability to operate equipment and/or computer.
5. Responsible individual with a good working attitude.
6. Retirement age candidates are welcomed.
