Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring incoming goods
• Data entry on Excel sheets
• Picking, packing, testing, and QC of goods in and out of the store
• Handling warehouse duties
• Maintaining adequate stock availability and quantity
• Performing good housekeeping and maintaining the back of house in a neat and orderly manner
• Delivery of equipment/goods to specified locations
• Documentation and various administrative tasks
• Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking all incoming shipments, highlighting any discrepancies, damages, and delays in shipment to the Manager and relevant parties
• Performing refurnish procedures on retrieved goods from the field
• Able to move stocks weighing 28kgs to 30kgs

Requirements

• Computer literate with good typing skills
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Chinese (spoken) preferred
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Result and deadline-oriented
• Dedicated team player
• Positive work attitude
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
