WAREHOUSE ASISSTANT

About the role

Joo Heng Plastic Trading is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in the Loyang East Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution activities.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting, and unloading incoming shipments
• Accurately recording inventory levels and maintaining detailed stock records
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and efficient manner
• Assisting with the loading and distribution of goods to customers
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality control procedures
• Providing support to the wider warehouse and logistics team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within the distributing, supply chain, wholesaling, and logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
