Warehouse Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective storage, handling, and distribution of goods.

2. SAP System Management: Utilize SAP systems for inventory management, order processing, and tracking of warehouse activities.

3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

5. Team Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders.

6. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage inventory discrepancies.

7. Reporting: Generate and analyse reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of warehouse working experience, with a strong background in using SAP systems.

Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Education: Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, as required.
