WALK IN INTERVIEW DETAILS
Date: Every Wednesday, For February March 10.30am-4pm (Avoid 11.30am-2pm)
Walk-in Interview Location: 1 Greenwich Drive, Office Block, Singapore 533865
Singaporeans only as security clearance is required.
No walk-in interview during public holidays.

Contact Centre Agent
Working location: 1 Greenwich Dr / 25 Ubi Road 4

Working days & hours: 5 days work week shift work including weekends 24/7
Afternoon: 3pm-12am ($9 shift allowance)
Midnight: 12am – 9am ($12 shift allowance)
Morning: 8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6.00pm / 11am-8.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the customers
  • Understand both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
  • Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
  • Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to contact center projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in other languages/dialects may be required depending on program requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

  • Must possess O-Level/Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre, customer support, and customer service functions
