Key Responsibilities:

1. To assist Restaurant Manager and Head Waiter/Waitress in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
2. Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
3. Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
4. Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
5. Guide and assist new hire in operations.
6. To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
7. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum ‘O’ Level graduate.
2. Food Safety Level 1 Certified.
3. Minimum of 1 year of working experience preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
4. Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
