VP Project Management Insurance

Sitting with the CEO Office, the ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for leading projects related to Sales Enablement, Leads Management & Conversion, Partnerships with FA network, and Compliance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects to improve leads management and leads conversion rates
• Deliver projects according to scope, targets, and objectives based on time of delivery, budget, and quality
• Work closely with C-Suite leaders to ensure quality and timely management reporting
• Responsible for ensuring high adoption and delivery of solution, ensuring suitable roll-out strategy and engagement
• High touch with business to ensure consistent project updates and communication, as well as working with relevant external stakeholders
• Ensure change deployment and transition to all departments to drive quality and compliance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to resolve difficulties on policy, process, and other technical requirements (depending on individual expertise)
• Accountable for escalation of the problems according to guidelines

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Project Management knowledge with rich experience in Insurance products and processes, especially past experience in working with FA network
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders
• Project delivery experience in Insurance or Financial Services firms
• PMP Certification is a plus
