SINGAPORE BRANCH ALSO SERVES AS A REGIONAL OFFICE FOR BANK'S ASIA & PACIFIC OPERATIONS.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing Asia Infrastructure Project, which rolls out intra related products such as Zscaler, M365, Entra ID, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) to branches in the APAC region, and maintaining them after release to ensure the smooth operations.
Infrastructure Management
• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure products to ensure reliable and seamless operations
• Proactively monitor each product/service performance, availability, and capacity, ensuring all infrastructure components meet the organization's established service levels and compliance requirements
• Manage scaling and optimization of infrastructure resources to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and user demands
Operational Support
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure product-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of incidents.
• Implement security measures and compliance policies, such as access controls and data protection, to secure IT environments in alignment with banking regulations.
Project Management
• Manage Asia Infrastructure Projects related to Zscaler, M365, Entra ID, and AVD, including upgrades, migrations, and system improvements, from planning to implementation and post-release maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT security, application teams, and vendors) to ensure smooth project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Documentation and Knowledge Management
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, infrastructure projects, and operational processes to support compliance and audits.
• Develop and share knowledge resources (e.g., guides, FAQs, and best practices) to improve team efficiency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Strategic Advisory & Continuous Improvement
• Advise stakeholders on leveraging IT infrastructure capabilities to enhance user experience, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement to optimize system environment and related banking workflows.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and 10 years of total experience
• Deep expertise in Zscaler, M365, Entra ID, and/or AVD and proven experience in overall infrastructure management
• Excellent time, resource and stakeholder management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and project progress effectively
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end users effectively
• Japanese proficiency preferred to communicate with stakeholders based in Head Office (Tokyo)
