VP, IT Audit

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in audits of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and application controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Create audit plans, document test findings, and prepare audit reports in accordance with established methodologies.
3. Offer guidance (advisory) on software development life cycle (SDLC) projects when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Software development, IT operations, IT security, or IT audit.
3. Practical knowledge of coding, administering, securing, or auditing IT infrastructure including Windows, Unix, databases, firewalls, network devices, cloud computing, or AI/ML platforms.
4. Exposure to GenAI, AI agent, no-code automation, data analytics, or scripting is a strong plus.
5. Understanding of business and technology within banking, insurance, or securities is advantageous.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal aptitude for stakeholder engagement.
7. No overseas travel required.
