Responsibilities
Annual Policy Review
- Prepare Annual Policy Review Packs.
- Conduct Policy Reviews KPI will include number of reviews completed, as well as tracking of upsell/ cross sell efforts.
- Coordinate with external Brokers and track their annual review completion rate for management overview/ RM KPI purpose.
- Compile and keep track of annual review completed by RM/ Insurance Specialists for KPI and scorecard purpose.
Policy Servicing Personnel for direct channel policies and broker managed policies
- Facilitate policy servicing transactions including but not limited to
- Transfer of ownerships to trust/BVI/PIC/individual for after sales
- Re-financing for policies after transfer and for policies not sold through PBTPC or the bank
- Update of details request
- Surrender
- Death Claims
- Liaise/ coordinate broker related queries and issues with Front Office/ Insurance Specialists
- Assist in the preparation and completion of policy servicing documents.
Tracking of New Business Broker Referrals
- Maintain a list of clients referred out to broker.
- Monitor for approval and ensure justified grounds for referral to broker.
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 year of experience in insurance servicing, administration, or sales support.
- Strong knowledge of HNW insurance products and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
