About the Department

We are building and expanding the best digital bank in ASEAN. TMRW (pronounced as “tomorrow”) empowers the digital generation with a full suite of banking solutions through a smart, mobile-only app. Our business model is powered by next-generation artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, user interface design and smartphone capabilities. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Design Lead to join our dynamic Design team focused on enhancing the Private Bank experience within the digital platform. You will create exceptional user experiences informed by research and data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and delivery of customer experiences that align with business objectives & customer needs.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team of product owners, development squads, and other relevant stakeholders through all stages of the product development cycle.
• Ensure deliverables are delivered on time within agile sprints.
• Guide and partake in discovery, research, and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and moments that define quality experiences.
• Lead usability testing sessions and generate actionable design recommendations to improve experiences.
• Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Direct stakeholder engagement sessions e.g., ideation workshops, design review sessions; ensure quick follow-ups of workshop outcomes.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team by providing holistic views and realistic goals for the team to achieve business outcomes.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or product design.
• Experience mentoring content designers and providing design direction.
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Skilled in systems thinking.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communicator and presenter.
• Experience in applying design principles in consumer products and services environments.

Bonus:

• Experience in banking and wealth management.
• Strong online portfolio available for viewing.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.
