Company Description

The Visual Merchandising Intern will support in the execution of Givenchy & Kenzo product launches on counters and animations across SEA Local Market. He/She will work closely with the Retail Design & Visual Merchandising manager to ensure that counter updates/projects are timely executed and aligned with the brand’s DNA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of planogram and operational guidelines of product launches across the region.
  • Adapt Global/APAC guidelines and develop design proposals for in-store activations and Sephora animations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth execution of launch visuals, POSMs, trade animations.
  • Collaborate with marketing / commercial teams to compile counter and animation pictures for HQ/APAC reporting.
  • Support VM operational matters e.g product ordering, POSM shipment, cost tracking and PO creation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or fresh graduate with the background of Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Business Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and flexible with an open mind.
  • Detail oriented & keen observer.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel and powerpoint) and design software such as Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) or similar programs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Interest in the luxury / beauty industry.
