Visitor Service Officers Needed! | Day Shift (Botanic Gardens / Full-time)

• Location: Botanic Garden

• Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm / 4 Days per week

• Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries

• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties

• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service

• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management

• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors

• Perform service recovery where necessary

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent

• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous

• Enjoy working with the general public in an outdoor environment

• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or attractions sectors preferred

• Good communication skills and command of English
