• Customer Service Executive (VIP Dept)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers, guests, tourists, and VIPs to the counter.
• Attend to customer and tourist inquiries.
• Process tax and GST refunds.

Requirements:

• O levels or above.
• Experience in cabin/customer service/airline/concierge/hotel/airport roles.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
