About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our team, responsible for capturing high-quality video content during media events, corporate gatherings, and travels with the COO. This role requires frequent travel and involves filming high-profile events, including press conferences, interviews, public appearances, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in video production, from shooting to editing, and be familiar with social media posting requirements to ensure content is optimized for various platforms. All necessary videography equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Event Videography:

  • Capture high-quality video footage at media events, interviews, press conferences, corporate gatherings, and public appearances with the COO.
  • Ensure the videos meet the company’s professional standards and align with its branding.
  • Work with the team to film key moments for social media content and media outreach.

2. Travel and On-Location Videography:

  • Travel extensively with the COO to local and international locations, filming key moments, events, and team activities.
  • Adapt to various environments, including public events, corporate venues, outdoor locations, and media setups.

3. Social Media Content Creation:

  • Film engaging and shareable video content suitable for the company’s social media platforms.
  • Be familiar with the specific requirements of various social media platforms (e.g., video length, format, resolution) and optimize content for posting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the company’s social media strategy and branding.

4. Editing and Post-Production:

  • Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain a video library for easy access and reference.

5. Collaboration with Team:

  • Work closely with the Social Media Team and Head of Marketing to ensure all video content supports project needs, media outreach, and social media objectives.
  • Adapt to specific shooting requests and creative direction during events.

6. Equipment Management:

  • All necessary videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories, will be provided by the company.
  • Ensure the provided equipment is well-maintained and ready for use during events.
  • Stay updated on video production technology, recommending upgrades when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience, especially in media events, corporate settings, or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with post-production editing, including managing large volumes of video footage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in using video cameras, lighting equipment, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong knowledge of video composition, color grading, and audio synchronization.
  • Familiarity with social media video posting requirements (aspect ratios, file formats, video length, etc.).

Attributes:

  • Strong eye for storytelling and attention to detail in capturing high-quality footage.
  • Ability to adapt to tight schedules, working efficiently under pressure.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working in dynamic, high-energy environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and execute creative directions effectively.
