We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Video Editor/Videographer to be part of our dynamic Creative Media Team. You will play a key role in creating captivating videos that enhance our educational content, marketing efforts, and employer branding. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that will engage our audience and leave a lasting impression.
Your Role:
Create Engaging Educational Videos:
You will support the development of educational videos by processing video edits that make the content coherent, engaging, and memorable. From adding eye-catching title cards and intros to refining voiceovers and adjusting background noise, you’ll ensure each video tells a seamless, captivating story.
Capture & Edit Live Event Footage:
Be at the forefront of capturing and editing moments from our live events and socials, crafting compelling event highlights that showcase our culture and attract like-minded talents to our team.
Lead New Video Projects for Social Media:
Spearhead the creation of short- and long-form video content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll experiment with various styles, from motion graphics and livestreams to street interviews and mini-series, to elevate our social media presence.
Improve Existing Video Projects:
Continuously suggest improvements to our existing video projects. Your fresh insights and creative ideas will help us adapt and enhance our content to better meet the needs of our audience.
Who We're Looking For:
Proficient in Video Editing Tools:
You should have strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing software. Your expertise in key strokes, workflows, and creative editing will be essential to delivering high-quality results.
Experienced in Video Creation:
Your portfolio should showcase your ability to create and edit videos across various platforms, with a focus on social media content that reflects your creativity and technical skill.
Detail-Oriented and Organized:
You take pride in managing video assets, maintaining equipment, and keeping production workflows smooth and efficient.
Technical Knowledge:
You should be comfortable working with cameras, lighting, microphones, and gimbals. Experience managing a recording studio is a plus.

Strong Communication & Teamwork:
