Vice President, Renewables

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our project and structured finance efforts in the Renewables sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of relevant work experience in project/structured/acquisition finance within this space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client coverage, origination, advisory, and financing of transactions across asset classes such as offshore wind, floating solar, solar, onshore wind, LNG to power, etc.
• Maintain strong relationships with key sector players in Asia
• Dual responsibility to promote bank products such as DCM, M&A, sustainable finance
• Deal origination: identify new opportunities, prepare financial proposals, monitor market developments, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
• Deal execution: review/prepare credit paper, lead documentation/negotiation, review financial models, and oversee loan administration and execution until drawdown

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good written/verbal communication skills
• At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in project/structured/acquisition finance
• Work experience in Energy/Infrastructure space with direct Renewable energy experience
• Good understanding of loan documentation
• Transaction structuring skills and credit process knowledge
• Financial modelling skills
• Ability to work independently/guide junior members
• Positive personality/work ethics
• Independent/self-motivated/team player

Salary:

$200,000 - $400,000 per annum, depending on experience
