Job description
This is the strategic role to develop and manage relationships with the top-tier Japanese and Korean corporate banking customers and to generate mutually beneficial business opportunities for both customers and the Bank.
Job Responsibilities
Formulate concrete plans for the achievement of higher performance, and take charge of administration and management thereof.
Develop specific measures for making efficient use of group resources, and take charge of implementation and furtherance thereof.
Take charge of conducting and maintaining the money lending business, and increasing deposits.
Take charge of facilitation of domestic exchange transactions, foreign exchange transactions and other tasks.
Strictly exercise profit management, and endeavor to assure and increase profits.
Promote good relationship with customers or other business connections, and strive to establish foundations for achieving higher performance.
Take charge of establishing and promoting a bank-wide cooperation business framework.
Take charge of administering, managing and improving overall administrative affairs in the office.
Strive to develop better relationships in the office, stimulate morale.
Develop and implement plans for education and training for subordinates, and provide guidance on and supervise performance.
Job Requirements
Graduate degree from university.
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 10 years Banking & Finance experience.
Leading and managing the team.
Engaged in Corporate Banking.
Derive a pareto optimization between profits and resources.
Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking in their area of business.
Have a strong appreciation of the inherent risks that are involved in achieving goals.

Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role requires presenting and communicating to Japanese corporate clients whose main language is Japanese. This role also needs to prepare and present reports in Japanese and read financial statements in Japanese.
Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information and able to design and use financial models.
Good understanding of the functioning of various departments/teams in the organization.
In-depth understanding of the risk environment in which the bank operates.
In-depth understanding of the regulatory framework in which the bank operates.
