Vice President, Property Operations (Retail Mall | REIT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team and responsible for the performance of the team and delivery of KPIs.
• Responsible for Property Operations of SG REIT strata areas.
• Manage Facilities management.
• Involve in project management for SG REIT/ MCST special projects including feasibility & reconfiguration study.
• Support project management for MCST M&E Systems upgrading/replacement works.
• Managing Fire Safety aspect of the property and the entire outsourced security and cleaners team operations.
• Provide operational budget and/or capital expenditure costing.
• Close liaison with MCST on property and facilities management with regard to SG REIT strata areas.
• Handles operational efficiency in planning and/or execution of preventive, corrective programs and reactive maintenance including first responder in emergency situations.
• Overseeing security, fire safety, and operational house rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Operations preferably in Real Estate | Asset Management industry.
• Immediate starter is preferred.
