About the Department:
The Data Analytics and Insights area is responsible for multiple aspects of data management and operations, including database administration and design, business intelligence and data architecture, data analytics, governance, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage regular marketing campaign & report operations, improving conversion rate and campaign/model effectiveness through regular reviews.
- Deploy data management & analytics capabilities to support stakeholders from portfolio management, product, sales, and marketing across the customer lifecycle:
- Prospecting and improving new customer acquisition – leads prioritization, product proposition, segmentation, market/wallet sizing, etc.
- Growing existing customer franchise and balances – cross-selling, retention, next best offer + conversation, personalized customer engagement (online + offline).
- Improving digital adoption and customer interaction via personalized, omni-channel engagement.
Develop actionable predictive models using statistical/data science techniques such as regression, gradient boosted trees, network analytics, neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.Work with Data & System team to improve existing data management and processing pipelines.Work with BB's ecosystem/partnership team to increase monetization of partner/platform data (e.g., e-commerce, payments, ERP solutions, etc.) and actively source for new data sources/revenue streams.Job Requirements:
- 8-15 years of experience for undergraduate degree, preferably in quantitative programs such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Sociology, Bioinformatics, etc.
- Experience with retail/SME marketing analytics role within a bank, fintech, or consulting environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong data science, programming, and technology skills:
- Proficient in SQL for data management and manipulation.
- Proficient in SAS for data management and modeling.
- Advantageous if you're proficient in Python for data science.
- Advantageous if you understand Hadoop ecosystem for data management.
- Adobe Marketing platform (Adobe Analytics, Campaign, etc.) for online and offline marketing campaign management and reporting.
