Vice President, HR (Employer Branding & Community)

Reporting To: Group Chief Human Resources Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President, HR (Employer Branding & Community) to shape and enhance our employer brand, foster an engaging workplace culture, and build meaningful connections with employees and external talent communities. This role will be instrumental in positioning the company as an employer of choice and strengthening our global talent attraction and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  1. Develop and execute a compelling global employer branding strategy that reflects the company’s values, culture, and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
  2. Lead employer branding campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, industry events, and partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  4. Enhance the candidate experience through innovative storytelling, content creation, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  5. Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.

Employee Engagement & Community Building

  1. Design and implement initiatives to foster a strong sense of community and belonging among employees globally.
  2. Drive internal engagement programs that enhance employee experience, well-being, and organizational culture.
  3. Develop and manage ambassador programs that encourage employee advocacy and authentic storytelling.
  4. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to align branding efforts with workforce planning and business needs.

Corporate Social Responsibility & External Engagement

  1. Lead strategic partnerships with universities, industry bodies, and professional associations to enhance employer reputation and pipeline development.
  2. Oversee corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the company’s mission and values.
  3. Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and industry panels to strengthen external perception and thought leadership.
  4. Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, including media, talent influencers, and community organizations.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in employer branding, talent attraction, corporate communications, or related HR functions.
  3. Strong leadership experience with a track record of driving large-scale branding and engagement initiatives in multinational organizations.
  4. Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and employer branding tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor, employee advocacy platforms).
  5. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  7. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic industries with a global workforce is preferred.
