We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Professional to drive the strategic design and development of executive compensation programs at our portfolio companies.
The role requires a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and market trends, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members.
The incumbent will be part of a team which believes that executive compensation design can, indirectly, enhance the investment returns from Temasek’s portfolio companies.
The incumbent will be engaged in several high-involvement compensation plan designs and will also be required to provide guidance to portfolio companies on executive compensation matters.
This extends to portfolio companies in all markets, across industries and in different stages of their life cycles (Series A to Mature).
