Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Platform Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the platform roadmap, design, development, and maintenance of our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies, a passion for innovation, and excellent leadership skills. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our users.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Digital Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the long-term digital platform strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends. This includes conducting market research, competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Ensure the strategy remains adaptable to evolving business needs and technological advancements.
  • Digi Platform Compliance & Governance: Establish and ensure platform compliance with all relevant security, compliance standards, and internal playbooks (customer journey, error governance, notifications, accessibility). Optimize guardrails and processes to ensure adherence and highlight gaps for rectification.
  • Platform Architecture: Define and manage the platform's architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance. Oversee the development and implementation of new features and functionalities, meticulously aligning with user needs and business requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring Optimization: Monitor platform performance rigorously, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., QlikView, Adobe Analytics) to track customer usage, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Crisis Management: Coordinate and optimize platform resources and assets in response to crises. Develop strategies and enable more efficient and customized content to impacted customers with improved tools and capabilities for faster turnaround. Also responsible for ensuring that communications are uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders (including Customer Experience, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations), and cross-functional teams to develop holistic, end-to-end digital solutions. Manage expectations and effectively communicate progress and roadblocks.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for our digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a seamless omni-channel customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in banking and financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience developing and executing digital strategies to achieve business goals
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills, communication skills, and critical thinking
