We are looking for an inspiring individual to take on the pivotal role of Vice President Customer Proposition & Solution. This is a unique opportunity to develop innovative insurance products tailored to the affluent market, creating transformative solutions that drive growth and expansion across Singapore and overseas.
In This Role, You Will Do
- Own the product roadmap for premier insurance solutions, ensuring that from ideation to delivery, we’re always ahead of the curve in offering top-tier products.
- Work closely with our Customer Research and Strategy team, shaping new ideas, driving market research, and crafting innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with our wider teams, from IT to Group Marketing and Actuarial.
- Lead cross-functional efforts that push boundaries and launch standout products into the market that define customer experiences.
- Become a key driver of strategic growth initiatives that reach beyond local markets to inspire customers regionally and globally.
- Partner with the leadership team to achieve divisional growth goals through exceptional product development.
- Spearhead the Premier Segment Product Roadmap in collaboration with multiple teams, making an impact from day one.
- Develop new product offerings from scratch, providing seamless integration into the market.
- Lead efforts to mitigate regulatory compliance risks, championing best practices and aligning with industry trends.
- Be the cultural leader of your division, setting the tone for collaboration, creativity, and results.
We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or related fields, with a solid track record in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (Qualified Actuary certification is a plus).
- Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset, skilled at turning data insights into practical solutions that drive growth.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for attention to detail and an ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrates alignment with the organisation's core values through expected behaviours.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
