About Our Roles in Compliance

Global Compliance prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm. The Financial Crime Compliance (“FCC”) team coordinates the firmwide anti-financial crime program, implementing systems and controls to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other misconduct.

The successful candidate will engage in the FCC Conduct and Insider Threat programs across Asia-Pacific, promoting high standards of employee conduct and business integrity.

Principal Responsibilities

• Promoting the firm’s Core Values, Business Principles, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
• Championing the firm’s Business Integrity/Whistleblower Program
• Identifying, measuring and managing Conduct Risk
• Investigating suspected breaches
• Implementing robust preventative and detective controls, policies and procedures, and training
• Providing insightful metrics and management information

Experience/Skill Requirements

• Experience investigating complex and sensitive matters
• Detail-oriented, well organised, and able to work autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Linguistic skill (proficiency in Mandarin and/or Hindi) for dealing with clients regarding China/India Markets
