Vice President, Asset Management (Logistics) - Singapore

We are seeking a Vice President of Asset Management (Logistics) to lead a team in formulating and executing strategies for a logistics real estate portfolio. This role involves overseeing the portfolio's financial, investment, and operational goals, managing budgets and performance reports, and implementing asset enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with property managers, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring assets are well-managed and compliant. A degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields, with 12+ years of relevant experience, is required.

The Role: As the Vice President/Senior Manager of Asset Management (Logistics), you will lead a team to formulate and execute asset management strategies for a portfolio of logistics properties. Your goal will be to maximize income and enhance the value of the assets under your management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall positioning and performance of the assigned real estate portfolio to achieve financial, investment, and operational targets.
2. Prepare and manage annual budgets and reports, covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.
3. Formulate and execute asset management plans, including asset enhancement initiatives.
4. Maintain strong relationships with property management companies and work closely with Property Managers to ensure compliance and optimal maintenance of the assets.
5. Build and nurture relationships with clients and coordinate with external parties such as government authorities, brokers, leasing agents, vendors, and consultants.
6. Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence to ensure the competitiveness of the company's products and services.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Real Estate, Building, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 12 years of relevant experience in asset management with a solid understanding of the local real estate market.
3. Hands-on operational experience with strong financial skills.
4. Resourceful, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
