Job Description

1. Customer service with pet owners
2. Administration: Correspondence with suppliers, managing stock levels of medical supplies
3. Technology: Managing IT and online platform
4. Maintain best practices within the dispensary
5. Daily operations of the dispensary

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Veterinary Technology and above
• Prior relevant experience and training (e.g., in the medical or veterinary field/customer service) is preferred, but not strictly required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client management
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Eye for detail
• Tech-savvy with an interest in leveraging technology for efficient service delivery
• Computer literate – Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
