Vessel Operator in Shipping Agency MNC (ID: 667826)

Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Vessel Operator.

Job Scope:

• Vessel operation of the Company's owned or chartered bulk carriers
• Drafting and preparation of documents such as voyage orders, loading and discharge instructions
• Liaising with vessels, ship managers, owners, and charterers on the vessel itinerary and schedule
• Handling day-to-day operation issues, stowage plan, and voyage instructions
• Working on CP and addendums, IMOS, and TRANS entries
• Monitoring the performance of the vessels and the counterparties
• Settling of invoices with managers and charterers

Requirement:

• Degree in Maritime or its equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in dry bulk vessel operation
• Working experience from the Ship owner is preferable
• Understanding of BL’s and LOI, basic understanding of bulk cargo
