SALT is hiring Vendor Management Lead for a leading technology client for 7 months & renewable contract assignment. The ideal candidate would be a deeply strategic thinker who can drive results, has strong communication skills, customer first, and is able to move fast while keeping focused on multiple high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Vendor Enablement function in the region and be accountable for managing the partnership with our regional vendors with a focus on driving vendor accountability, running the rhythm of business, and managing issues and escalations from the vendor.
Uplevel existing vendor relationships to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
Promote process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites.
Execute performance scorecards to drive continuous improvements and ensure vendor decisions/strategy aligns with the organization’s objectives.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for vendors ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to contractual terms.
Collect, share, and own Tools functionalities and improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to process and tools in the Region.
Qualification:
6+ years of experience managing senior level relationships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors.
Experience communicating and presenting insights and recommendations to executive teams.
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and aligning partners to shared goals.
